Ask Dell Vostro 3400 stuck on manufacturing mode

I have a dell vostro 3400 LA-K034P which is stuck on manufaturing mode and when it goes to windows there is no sound, I have tried to press alt+f but still it comes back with that message, it did this after I have removed the password. Service tag 1Y67J93. Thank you
