We have several laptops like this, the bios cannot be updated, Windows won't load, and even after reinstalling Windows, the same thing happens.
Even after installing Windows and installing the drivers from the HP website (Sound Technology OED Driver Issues), the driver is not loading. I have tried various methods but nothing has worked.
The mic option shows up in the bios but doesn't work in Windows.
What is the solution to this?
