Please help rebuild this bios file file doesn't display until u off with power switch and ons it back yet still delays to display

Still desame sir once it ons it doesn't display till you off and on it back then it delays to display

Already Clear File program it once display comes restore default

I have do default, It delays 30second before displaying

I ve sir, you need to know sir this file is not from forum its just a random file I picked, so it worked but delays
