Please, the file not show HP logo, it boot to bootable drive once and all the usb port not responding, I can't enter bios setup. Thanks

please help rectify the file error sir
 
Please, the file sent is 16mb but the original file is 8MB. Please cross check this sir

Goodpm sir, please the customer brought this laptop back to me today that the PC is not working with 8Gb memory. It only support 4Gb memory. There is a particular file you gave me that day for Hp 6470B, I couldn't find the file here again @Admin
