BIOS HP Z8 G4 Workstation Security Device problem

I've experimented with various BIOS versions, including both older and newer ones. Additionally, I attempted a factory reset and replaced the battery. Based on my understanding, should I be seeking a different BIOS version or perhaps a patch file?
Machine model: HP Z8 G4 Workstation
Serial number: CZC938BSTD (shouldn't matter because it's a new board)
Board number: PFPPF0JCYBR1K4
